HOT DIP GALVANIZING

The bath temperature at the time of galvanizing is 455-465 degrees C, which gives a very good and resistant adhesion of the zinc layer to the base material.
The deposited zinc layer is from 0.08mm to 0.2mm on each surface of the material, depending on the chemical composition of the base material and the time the material is immersed in the zinc bath.
Electrolytic galvanizing (only on the outside with entry in the interior spaces 20-25mm and with a zinc layer thickness of 0.01mm, which can reach 0.02mm depending on the time of galvanization)
We also offer finished chrome or copper products according to your projects.

aFFORDABLE YET DURABLE

Thermal galvanizing provides a very good resistance to weathering and is suitable for those garments such as fences, urban or garden furniture that are located in unfavorable geographic areas with regard to the use of metallurgical materials (eg sea areas – very saline, mountainous areas, frequent rainfall areas – Parallel 45)
Electrolytic galvanizing is aimed at materials used in the interior design area, requiring medium chemical protection, but a surface as close as possible to that of the base material.

For example, they can be used in the corrosion protection of those components that need to stand out through the shape of the base material. The thin zinc layer offers this technical feasibility with good corrosion protection quality.

The finished products can be painted in electrostatic field with the desired color (RAL).
